Some people choose not to put any coverings on their french door. Reason being the purpose of the french door is supposed to be showing off the beauty of the house and patio (which a favorite place to put it). However over time privacy becomes a problem and sometimes the harsh sunlight can also damage the furniture and wooden floor in our home. Well you might want to consider using french door blinds or something similar to filter the sunlight when necessary.
